Terms of Service — SEO Sets

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SEO Sets (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SEO Sets is a web application that connects to your Google Search Console account (with your authorisation) and uses that data to surface prioritised SEO opportunities for your websites. Features include an opportunity score dashboard, weekly digest emails, AI visibility tracking (on paid plans), and declining-page alerts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@seosets.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of others without purchasing appropriate plan seats.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk
Circumvent plan limits or access controls
Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others
Violate Google's Terms of Service in connection with your use of the GSC integration

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Signal plan (free tier)

The Signal plan is provided indefinitely at no charge, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify Signal plan limits with 30 days' notice.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on your selection. All prices are in USD. Billing is handled by Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid plan at any time from your account settings. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except within 14 days of your first payment (see below).

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. Email support@seosets.com and we will process it within one business day. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable.

6. Google Search Console integration

The Service accesses your GSC data via Google's official API using read-only OAuth 2.0 scopes. By connecting your Google account, you authorise SEO Sets to read (but never modify) your Search Console data for the sites you have verified in GSC. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account security settings.

7. Intellectual property

The SEO Sets application, including its source code, logo, design, and documentation, is owned by SEO Sets. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Your data — including your GSC data and website content — remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that opportunity scores will result in any specific improvement in search rankings.

In particular, whether third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Gemini) mention or cite your website is determined solely by those third-party systems and by factors outside anyone's control, including your site's off-site authority. The Service measures AI citations honestly — as a rate over repeated scans — and measures the on-page readiness factors you control directly, but it does not and cannot guarantee that any AI system will cite, mention, or recommend your website, or that any change you make will produce a specific outcome. 9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO Sets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceeding.
